Vintage Otagiri Japan Penquin figurine and music box. I believe the little penquin is supposed to spin around but there is something wrong with the wind up mechanism. It's too tightly wound. Maybe it can be fixed. Stamped Otagiri Japan. Measures approx. 4 1/2" height by 4 3/4" wide. No chips or cracks. Just cute.
