4 years maybe? My guess is about 4 inches by 7 inches, only a guess though. I use to fit my phone, lipgloss, money and multiple cards in it with no problem.

The pocket is flat but big so yeah an iPhone could fit. Alot of the newer wristlets are tiny compared to this one. I was disappointed in the size of the new ones, I ended up getting a giant one but this size is my favorite.

The iPhone takes crappy pics and I'm sure it wasn't the best choice but I wanted to list something fast that would make me a good amount of credits to spend lol it is one wristlet, it's black and looks like the first pic, front and back :) hope that helps!
