As far as the charger I think I've used my treo charger in the past. It depends on which one. Some treos have small inputs to plug in and some large. I think eBay or radio shack would also have the correct charger

I just checked with Sprint and because of FCC regulations it cannot be used a a Prepaid, and the cheapest plan they offer is about $70 a month. Go to Sprint.com and check it out. I chatted with an agent and was told this information

I used to be a manager at sprint and I know that unless you are on the Nextel side they don't take sim cards. This phone is through Verizon and in good condition.

Palm phones don't take sim cards. I have a Palm Treo 755p for Sprint is the reason that I know that. It is based on the ESN only

No. It's in great condition. I looked and couldn't see many scratches. It works really well. I just got the iPhone so I am getting rid of this one. It even has sudoku on it. I loved that about it. But I don't ha e the stylus for it and am looking for the charger

It does have a battery but unfortunately I don't have the charger. I will keep looking for it and if I find it I will update the listing for you all
