No because when you factory reset without deleting the iCloud account it stays programed in the phone for security reasons

No it doesn’t when you restore it all the information is gone, I know what I’m talking about and I know how to deal with removing my data off devices

True but the new ios has a security feature that if your device is reset the icloud stays on the device it helps if your device is lost or stolen that way it’s useless for the person the finds/steals it

I’ve found two 5 when they came out a few years back and reset them and the iCloud stayed leaving them worthless

Wrong because they only go up to iOS 9 not iOS 10 or 11 not every apple device can handle every update. I have restored the iPod before it doesn’t stay with my iCloud

Steps to delete iCloud account on iPhone/iPad
Tap on the Settings app and then scroll down to find iCloud.
Tap on "iCloud" to open it.
Scroll down until you find "Delete Account" and then tap on that.
Tap on "Delete" again to confirm the deletion of the iCloud account.
