does this work with particular drill and screw driver or does it come with this set. I am sorry i have no idea about tools

This set is versatile, you can use it as it is and just change the bits on the top, or you can attach it to an electric drill. Very handy, my husband has three of them, one in the tool box in the garage, one in the tool box in the shed, and one in his workshop in the basement.
