Don't know much about its hard drive but it runs slow it needs ram its been in the family for decades ... lol
it does not charge the battery needs replacing does run with power cord
it does come with windows already in it
comes with power cord if bid goes high i will throw in carrying case

place it in a medium flat rate box and the shipping should not be more than 15 i send these out all the time just saying 30 bucks is abit high.
