The listing, 10 Livres from Lebanon uncirculated. Watermark and security strip. (1986?) has ended.
Up for bid here is one uncirculated "Dix Livres" from the "Banque Du Liban" It is crisp, but there are the tiniest bends in a couple of the corners. I don't know the year for sure, but i did find an image of this design that said 1986 in a buyer's guide. That is just my educated guess, not a guarantee. The front depicts the Ruins of Anjar, and the backside is rocks in water near Beirut from what I read. Pretty images for currency! Nice reddish purple ink tone front and back with a rainbowy fade base paper on the front. There is a watermark of a man's face, but I haven't been able to find out who that is. And also there is a security strip. Hopefully you can get what you need from the photos and scans, but if not - I can try to help. Thanks for looking and good luck to the bidders!
