The winner will receive the 2 local post stamps pictured. These are technically United States stamps, but they were not issued by the USPS. Instead, they were issued on Rattlesnake Island for the people living on that island because USPS would not service there (due to the difficulty and cost of getting to the island). They are mint, but have been hinged.Please fan me and I'll fan back as soon as I can!
