this phone works great! i only ship fridays and ill try to do fast shipping for winner. this is a at&t phone touch screen and slide keyboard. it uses a sim card. it can be a bill sim card or a prepaid. i dont think its wifi capability but it surfes the web in .30 second , fast for a non-wifi phone. please comment if you have any questons that i havent answered. oh and no charger. but it is a regular Samsung Charger. Because i got off listia... But i upgraded to a iphone before i got this on the mail. It was half charged. It still has some battery left i checked it and ill add pics tomorrow
