do they fit like a real 4 , or maybe a little smaller.. like would they fit someone who was a size 2?

I wear a size 2-4 so they should fit. My problem is I have the flattest but in America, so I don't like the way they fit me. I guess it would depend on what kind of fit your looking for baggy, tight, etc. These are super cute though the pics don't even do them justice!!

I think VS size 4 is small (i think). But they do have a built in belt as you can see in second pic to tighten them if needed. Keep in mind though they do have buttons.
