(I got a beautiful shirt for Christmas that didn't fit and they didn't have any left in my size and as stated with a GIFT RECEIPT I get an even exchange or a MERCHANDISE CREDIT aka a gift card without the glamour)... I got myself a new foundation brush and had $4.28 left ; that is what you are bidding on :-) as I stated up above: can be used in store or online.
