If it is the bonus movie code it is actually prohibited since it has the restriction that the winner must sign up for email updates from Universal Studios in order to redeem. I found out last year that the mods routinely remove these listings when they review them, sorry. Additionally, the seller and any bidders on prohibited listings can face disciplinary action. I really wouldn't know but I see a lot of sellers stating that they have verified their codes so I expect that there probably is. Normally, whenever the mods see the pic that you have posted they automatically delete the listing since it depicts the "Free Movie".
