What is included inside one of these? I know you can't take a pic, but could you just tell us? Is it just a needle and surgical thread, or is it those surgical steel tools that you can use to hold crafts with?

as far as i know (it wasn't mine, i aquired it lol) its just thread (surgical/silk)

It is the suture ( thread) itself.

I've stitched myself with these before. They're great if you want to avoid a trip to the ER. Much cheaper if you don't have insurance. I recommend them to everyone. I tell everyone to keep these on hand. You never know when you're gonna need them!
