This is a NEW "out of box" remote for a Samsung Smart tv. I purchased as a replacement for my tv and it was the wrong model. With that said, PLEASE CHECK YOUR TV FOR CORRECT MODEL COMPATIBILITY. IF YOU LOOK YOUR TV UP ONLINE, BY MODEL NUMBER, IT SHOULD TELL YOU WHICH REMOTES WORK ON YOUR SPECIFIC MODEL. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU WIN AND IT DOESNT WORK ON YOUR TV. As said it didnt work on mine BECAUSE I purchased the wrong remote. Theres ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with this remote, just wrong model number for mine. As seen above ⬆⬆⬆, I have taken a clear pic of the number on the back. Batteries NOT included. Very simple to program.
