Card is in Mint Condition, no rips/stains/bends. Color Graphics, Black & White. Front: Webstor & Merman. Back: Ed McGuinness 13 of 16 He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe. Although his style has overtones of Japanese manga, Ed McGuinness is an American artist with a super-heroic fanbase. In 1995, after working on art for monster model kits and small-press comics, he debuted in the comic book world on Vampirella Strikes, and within a short time had moved to Marvel's X-Nation 2099, Incredible Hulk, and the dark comedy series Deadpool. With work on such series as Hulk, Thundercats, Fighting American, and Mr. Majestic, it was McGuinness' run on Superman that got him hired to do the popular Superman/Batman and JLA: Classified books. Currently at Marvel illustrating Ultimates v4, McGuinness is still celebrated at DC, where a line of action figures based on his drawings is ongoing.
