The inside is very clean and has no stains or marks..
The outside is clean and has a few light smudges on the white leather bottom. I mean, who puts white leather on the bottom of a purse? lol. The smudges don't show up very much but I have taken several pictures of the bottom...with and without the flash, so you can judge for yourself.
Measurements are about 11 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 3 1/2"

This would be a handy size for a lunch bag, also!
