Ground Home Delivery is $14.49
Ground to a FedEx location for a hold for your pickup is $11.74

UPS options:

The box weighs almost 7 pounds is the reason for the high cost.

I also found better pricing for FedEx if you were interested in that option.

The new prices I found for that:

Ground to your home: $8.86
Ground to a FedEx Office by you for you to pick up: $5.93

All the prices could vary a little from day to day since they are influenced by gas prices and such. But I wouldn't image they'd go up much at all. And if they did I'd cover that part of it.
