I have shipped all items that were won promptly. Two people from two years ago claim not to have received their items and I lost the credits and didn't get the items back. I make sure to track the shipment and following through afterwards with the winner. No complaints since.

I assume so. I received it for Xmas from my mother in law. She's big into high eld labels. The box it came in was really nice with the brand on it, but I'm not sure how to tell. It is really solid and the stitching really tightly done.
