i purchased one on ebay.he said it was new,so i bought it.the only thing it did was keep blinking.paid 25.00 for it.it never kept a charge.how do you know if their any good?mine was packed like it was new.the guy never responded back.im still connected to the darn outlet.

Im not sure outside of install and go. Its a funny thing with batteries but I have always found that it can be a trail and error. All I can say is that this works to the best of my knowledge and I would give it a shot.

That is kind of a sad experience. I bought a couple old and "refurbished" Dell D600's several months ago, on Ebay from a Dell Finance Company. I was told that there was no warranty on the batteries. I replaced them and one of the computers still won't turn on. Shucks. I wish you the best with your auction. As always, with every auction on Listia, "Let the buyer beware." Edward appears to have 100% positive feedback, however, crafty4you. If I had one of these units, I would surely bid.

That certainly sounds like a bad experience. I don't really know anything about batteries for laptops other than that there is one and t5hey need to b replaced once in a lifetime of the unit. Very much like cars. I cant say for sure that this battery will do everything in every way but I believe it to be serviceable.
