The listing, 1854 Antique Book 1st Edition Theology Religious Topics has ended.

Very old 1854/1854 antique cloth hardcover religious historical 1st edition book entitled "Theological Essays and Other Papers" by Thomas de Quincey, Vol I, published by Ticknor, Reed, and Fields with 310 pages. Main topics include Protestantism, Judas Iscariot, Miracles, Greece under the Romans, and other content. Original bookplate intact at front from the Canton Social Library. Still entirely tightly bound, pages are readable without apparent markings or tears, some small page corner folds, a few light spots of foxing typical from age, dampstaining and rippling at the covers, as shown, but no musty odor and doesn't penetrate more than a couple pages into book which is still solid, bright and readable.
