Hello I will start with chest, it is 20" across. This is actually size XXL, but I usually need XL because of my chest. And even I order XXL my chest wont fit. Fabric is very comfortable for summer, but can't tell you what it is. I order, never wear so it is new. And yes, it is very pretty.
