This is an electronic for of the basics to begin your own book of shadows it includes spells, chants, how to's, and two guides that have been written by me as well, A guide to Witches Herbs and A guide to Sabbats and their Rites and Rituals. Wiccans believe that magick should not be used for harm of others lest it come back on you 3 fold, hence the rede "An harm ye none do what ye will" a pagan that practices witchcraft believes in a balance of good and bad just like in nature therefore there are spells in here that would go against a wiccans harm none rule.
