The dimensions are L=17 3/4, H=11 1/2, and W=3. The strap is not adjustable. It can be worn "crossbody". When slung over my shoulder, the bottom of the purse is way below my waist. I hope this description is helpful! Thanks for watching!!!

The material is mixed... it's cloth with the bronze strap and parts of it a vinyl/leather feel to it. I searched for it on the net to find an accurate description and found it seling on Amazon for $50 and found photos of Taylor carrying it but couldn't find where they had given exact description! I hope I've helped!!
