The listing, 19?? Roosevelt Dime. Strike Through has ended.
Up for bid is a 19?? Roosevelt Dime. Ive been told its what they call a strike through? These are the best pics I could get of it. Its about half the thickness of a regular dime and the edges are rounded off.
Questions & Comments
A couple of possibles come to mind. One is the "strike through" option. The second is that it could be a wrong planchet. The second option is a lot rarer. Good luck, I might be bidding.
thank you for the info. As far the diameter goes its the same as a new dime, its not easy to get the detail( or lack of} in the photos. the detail look blurry? You can see the outline of whats there but cant make out individual words or letters.
It's either a REALLY nice strike through, a die adjustment, or a drier coin. I will know better when I see it in my hand. IF I win. IF I do not win - someone else is gunna take a bigger gamble than I am willing to. but, in the words of my wife: "Meh! It's JUST LISTIA credits!" LOL!
