The listing, Antique Lighter - 3 DAYS ONLY!!!** has ended.

It's a Kreisler long-flint lighter, made in USA around 1965 I believe and the inscription also reads : "US Pats. Pending" I would say this was the lighter Kreisler decided to get a Patent for or maybe they marked all 3 Patents that way. In my research there were 3 original Patents. Kreisler still "copyrighted" this lighter though as there is a "C" mark denoting that. No markings regarding sterling silver

This is an antique/vintage lighter. Will probably need a new flint. It does have an inscription on the back but for those who collect these, I suppose it's not a big deal. It's 40 yrs old, it was given to my aunt in the 60's .

For those who do bid, realize that there is a flat shipping charge. This is second listing as the shipping was not paid. It's a nominal fee so that I'm able to ship and track. Does the lighter require lighter fluid as well? I'm thinking it does, just want to know for sure! :)

In researching this lighter re: if it needs to be filled with lighter fluid, I would definitely say yes, however, you may need to contact a cigar store for the best possible way, especially if it's a spring loaded lighter, I guess butane cans come with different tips.
