hey, the clothes r medium/small.........they r all stretchy so actually they fit bigger. the pink dress is extremely stretchy so it can fit any size. the lotions r new, and the bath stuff is new. and the makeup that i include is new. the shower gel, my daughter spilled out a small amount of it but its otherwise new. thank u. good luck
