Originally AT&T but is currently unlocked to use with any carrier.
Comes with an otter box case.
No sim card included.
No charger included.

Phone is fully functional, but keep in mind this is an old model. We're on iphone 10 now I think? So it's not perfect. It can be a little buggy sometimes which is normal for such an old phone.
