The listing, LG Incite CT810 GSM ATT Touch Screen Cell phone has ended.

In like new condition, screen has protector on it and no scratches.

Comes with original box, wall charger, stylus, instruction booklet & CD. Only thing missing is the usb data cable and I have no idea if I even got that with it as I've never used it.

This phone is ATT, does take a sim card (not included) and is NOT unlocked.

Unlocked means it will only work on ATT at this time, it may be possible to unlock it because it does take a sim card but at this time it only works with ATT.

I have an ATT prepaid phone, so I am under the assumption that all I would have to do is move my sim card into this phone and buy a data plan correct? Does this phone have any problems at all? Any scratches that are not talked about or anything?

Actually you don't have to have a data plan to use it as a regular cell phone but if you wanted to use all the apps you would need the data plan. And yes, you can just pop in your sim code and it would work -- NO the phone has no problems at all, works perfect and I list everything in my descriptions so NO there are no scratches that I haven't mentioned, hasn't been dropped or anything, if there are scratches on the body then they are the kind you can barely see from just being in my purse or just using the phone, no knicks or anything.

It may be able to be unlocked but you'd have to contact your carrier first because it's only set up for ATT right now, however it does take a sim card so I'd say it's very possible.
