Sorry~I have to brace my hand when I take pics or they come out blurry. If I can get one of my sons to stand still long enough . . . I will try. No promises! Thanks for your interest in my Auctions. I'm listing a double heart ring that I used to wear with this by Sunday!
The actual chain is 7"long. The heart shaped clasp is 1/2" wide. I have large wrists & it fit me well. Questions are a good thing ~ Ask away, keeps things interesting!
I don't think there is a stamp but I bought it from a gold/silver/coin buyer my mom's known for years. Every piece is tested before he even considers purchasing, even marked pieces. There is a lot of foreign silver jewelry being stamped 925, but it's literally sprayed onto metal. Wear it in the shower once, it's done. That's 1 fine spray of silver, just like a spray can of paint. Silver plated is mostly dipped, not sprayed!
What makes you my new heckler? I purchase all of my items from dealers I have known all of my life. So, I trust these ppl ~ no reason in over 50 yrs for me to question their knowledge. I go on house calls with my mom ~ owner of the first antique store in town & my 50+ yr mentor, so I buy with confidence. My word is my pride and I take pride in my word. Do you have the facts now? I am not required to do business with you and don't have to explain myself because you don't trust my words. I prefer to sell to fans & seriously interested buyers I don't have time for nonsense.
But, I will add, it must be a minimum of 20years old to be considered a vintage and a minimum of 25 years old to be considered an antique. However, with all of your experience, I’m sure you already know this. I certainly hope you didn’t call me your “heckler”! I have no intentions of such things! I just ask honest questions.
