Let me make it clear, thanks to patricia, that when i bought this the ring tag said sterling silver. i don't know if its plated or solid all i know is no refunds, exchanges without you paying return post. any attempts of this sort are reported as fraud or scams. please do not get the item then dispute for credits but refuse to pay the $0.50 in shipping to return it. you would not get a refund without the merchandise being returned even on web orders.

i now see what people mean when they ay the only drawbacks to this site are the fakes and scammers.
