This auction is for a creative stitchery kit by Paragon Needlecraft called "Sam" a ragdoll picture, kit number 0442. I believe it to be from the 1970's. The picture shows a Sam and Sue but only Sam is included in this kit, Sue would have been sold separately. This is designed to fit into a 15" x 19" frame. From the package: "Just a few simple stitches complete this lovely picture--no previous experience required. This kit contains: Stamped picture on 18" x 22" fabric, yarn, needle and complete easy to follow instructions and diagram including most popular stitches. Stamped on superb decorator fabric ready for simple embroidery." The contents are in brand new condition with no flaws, the bottom part of the bag has damage in the corners and edge.
