Brand New Beautiful Sun Dress Super cute Purple toned tiered and smocked. The tag says L but it looks more like a small or maybe medium to me. Could be a Junior large I guess.

the smocking right under the bust triangles stretches to a max of 38" the triangles look like they could comfortable hold a 36C. Maybe even a c-d borderline. The dress is 100% polyester weave (not stretchy like a knit) but has elastic smocking just under the bust. (basically the bra number) unstretched is 22" but has a lot of stretchiness to it.
