A little about me, my auctions: You can count on me to always be "straight up" with you about what I offer. If I love something, then that will show in my description. I can't fake that. Jewelry I make, if I don't love it, I don't finish it and it won't show up on an auction. Pieces that I have ordered, if I do put them up for auction, I will be very honest about my opinion of the piece. I am no expert on rhinestones but workng on that. And I know there is a lot of controversy about what is and what isn't genuine Swarovski. I know that Swarovskis stand way "above the crowd" so to speak, and the pieces I have that I feel certain are Swarovskis, I use as a guideline in judging other pieces which may or may not be Swarovski. The lady I bought this from says that the person she gets her items for claim that they are all Swarovski, but she said other than that she could not say for sure. For me, these rhinestones are on the borderline, not sure either way, so I am not going to say they are Swarovski. I will say they are gorgeous, and the brooch is very well made as far as my eye can tell. They may be "knock offs" but they do come very close, in my opinion, to genuine Swarovskis.
So, that's the bottom line, and I will always stick to it. And I do accept returns/give refunds if you are justifiably unsatisfied with anything I offer.

the pin in the back seems a little flimsy in comparison to older brooches i have, or have seen. But this seems to be the case with newer brooches these days. I put it on, it works perfectly, and holds the brooch securely.
