This is a brand new, still in the plastic shrink wrap package of Cray-Pas Junior artist student quality oil
pastels. There are 12 colorful-easy to use 3inch or 8mm sticks.

~Sticks are extremely smooth and very easy to apply
~Perfect for color mixing and overlaying
~Various techniques- stenciling, scratching, water color resists
