These look like a plant they call "ice plant" where I live. I have one that bloomed yellow and now there is other colors coming out. Like them alot....

Whilke there are certain simularities between the two plants they are not the same plant. Ice plant has a much larger fatter leaf. I have both plants and moss rose is much smaller and more dainty than the ice plant. I like them both alot.
