Would love to bid high on this but afraid to ....if yoursaying you wont let it go less than 4000..Even if i bid that and it is worth that..that dont mean anyone else will go that high..It has to reach that by everyone that bids..which Im surprised it hasnt got that high..But will you still ship out even if i was the high bidder??

I think your saying, you will only let the dress go if the winning bid is 4000 or more. Is that what you mean? Just need to clarify this before I can bid.
