It does look like for baby dolls!! I just use the dolls for models since my grandbaby isn't baby size any more.. I make alot of things for baby showers.. And friends at work .. And thought it would be fun to share with my listian friends ! On some of the crafty sites these outfits are sooo pricey!!thanks for asking!! And good luck!!

The top is adjustable because it ties around the neck and in the back . The diaper cover is 18 inches around the waist . It has a little stretch to it I hope that helps . Thanks for commenting!
