I bought two of these , One for myself & one to share here , as you can read on the package , that it is supposed to help you with certain things , it also a very Lovely Bracelet , I Love mine , it is so pretty :)

Thank you bunches for your interest & I will Fan you back :) , my wrist is 7 inches but I make those Euro bead bracelets & necklaces ( I have never put them on here though ) , just using that for example , in them i like to have 71/2 -8 inches for a little room to hang , This Bracelet is Stretchy & Fits not tightly but perfectly comfortable , I would guesstimate from a 7-81/2 inch wrist this would fit comfortable , it is so shiny & pretty , you would not think it was a theraputic one as it says on package , it looks like beautiful classy piece , i hope this helps :) , if not let me know. My son will be bye tomorrow & I can measure it but it being a * stretchy* , i dont think that would matter , but i would be more than happy to measure for you :)
