BNWT Fushia outfit (shirt & pants). Lightweight material. Shirt has designs in fabric. Pants are plain with stretch waist.
Measurements:
SHIRT: W = 23 1/2", Shoulder = 16" across the back,
Arm L = 23 1/2", Neck to bottom of shirt = 30 1/2"
Pants: L = 41 1/4", & waist is elastic all around.

What size if you can guess the top would fit? Like a xl or 1x From the measurements it sounds like a size 16 on top and a xl on the bottom. Am I close?
