I don't know the difference between pony or fuse.
They are children's beading. Or adults can use them too.

I believe they are perler bead. what they are actually used for is to make like lol i dont know what it would be called but you can make a design with them and the use wax paper over it and a iron and it make it all stick together pretty cool i did them in elementary school. but they can be used for beads (:
