It is 34inches long and 8inchechs wife at its widest point. The blade itself measures 183/4x21/2 inches this is a beautiful sword. This would be a great piece to frame or hang from the wall. A great conversation piece. It has a sturdy metal construction made by the melting pot in 1999 identity number uc1193
