Yes it does come with an envelope and the print that you can see behind the message in the 2nd photo is actually the envelope. It's very cute and has butterflies and flowers on it in pastel colors and lots of girly pink. Please send your GIN offer and I'll update the posting if it looks good. Also, be advised that I can only add the GIN until someone bids on the item. After that happens it can't be added.
