Great you sound like an honest seller telling it like it is. I was a little kid in Britain when these coins (called 'Florins') were still in circulation, the only silver coins in circulation at that point were the half-crowns, Half-crowns were the kind of things your aunt would give you, naturally I wasted mine on sweets! As for Florins and shillings, I have a box of them I dug up with my metal detector when I was a teenager, couldn't spend them at that point since the currency was decimalized so all you could do is keep them. They are fascinating coins to collect. I'll Fan you! :-)
