I've heard that, too, about her writings being changed. I guess there were a few things that were shortened, which sucks, BUT....our faith isn't based on Ellen White. It should be in the Bible & the Bible alone. Her writings are wonderful & help us know the Bible better, & can help ground our faith because of her faith experiences, but ultimately it is the Bible & God we believe in, not Mrs. White. :) I know your frustration, though ksqueen. I went thru a time when I did A LOT of studying to be sure I was an Adventist because I believed, not because I was raised that way, or because this person said this or that, or whatever.
