I personally own one of these for my almost 1yr old daughter, I must say myself, I love it, u will to.
The NO THROW is designed to keep the cup/bottle secured to the childs carseat or stroller.
This is brand new, never used its purple with animals and dolls on it, it has velcro to hold it tightly, also directions are on the inside of the package. Also straps to high chairs as well.
