You're taking a real chance if you send this without tracking. It's the only way for a seller to prove that they sent an item. Otherwise, the buyer can say they never received it and then you would have to refund their INK in addition to losing your phone. Unfortunately, in my experience there are just too many unscrupulous members to risk it. Good Luck to you.

as far as a carrier... I don't know what that is..this phone was given to me and I don't have a cell phone myself..in the top left the work Chatr is there though..that might be the carrier-not sure..it is unlocked though yes and disconnected
