My son says it is on Sprint. Sorry. I hope you can fix it. I've heard you can unlock these, but we don't know how. I used this on Sprint,i-wireless and on Ting.

I'll look into it. We got him the Freedom Pop plan ready to go so this'd be perfect if it's compatible. Does have a sim for the card so.....I'll check! TY for looking into it!

If you have freedompop, you need to get the phone unlocked through sprint.
