Top cover a little worn but makeup never used. It's been sitting in my makeup case.
Comes with little lesson booklet inside.

This is awesome -- I wish there were more items available on Listia and elsewhere for defining my eyebrows with something that stays better than just a nice eye brow pencil with Urban Decay primer underneath for the summer and swimming, but with naturally black hair finding a natural, soft looking black basic eye brow pencil that is decent is already hard enough!!
