Up for bid here is a GORGEOUS banknote from Suriname. It is just WOW. Doesn't get much cooler than the currency I have from Suriname! There is a metallic security strip woven through and visible only from the back of the bill... STUNNING imagery along with other security features. I believe it to be authentic and uncirculated, BUT there is a flaw. And I must apologize. If you want a perfect specimen for your collection, this isn't the one for you. In the scan of the front (the first 2 are scans and the 2 second 2 are photos) you will notice a splotch on the bottom.. don't ask, but i think that was a cake batter incident! Anyway, in the photo you will notice that spot is lighter. That's because I attempted to use a moist washcloth to remove it. It didn't work out so well, but it is still a STUNNING banknote.
