Size small, but fits more like an XS. My Otis in the picture is a slim 5 pounds and it fits him just right.

Every time I put this on him, it cracks me up, but I think he doesn't feel the same way! LOL The face mask really doesn't go over the muzzle, but I think he looks so cute that way. It goes under the chin, and all he does when I put it on over his nose is tuck his head and it goes under his chin where it should be. This is a Halloween costume, but I used it just for regular wear. It has been worn probably 3 to 4 times. Has been washed and is in excellent used condition. By the way, you can't tell really well in the costume picture, but Otis is a chihuahua, so I added one of him "clothes-less" so that you can compare his size with your pet.
